Easy install and setup. The app is clean, great, and allows you to do most anything for the setup and management...especially sharing and load balancing!

I had been using dual JuiceBox 40s on 14-50 plugs for a few years. I initially used this setup since the JB40s were capable of load sharing on a single (50A) circuit. However every year the vendor would change servers or apps and since the app / web interface were minimal I had to get on the phone with customer/tech support to keep my load balance setup and working correctly. This past 'update' broke everything...enter the Autel chargers. Clean design. Easy setup. I took the opportunity to upgrade my cabling / circuit and hardwired the two Autel Maxichargers into a single 60A circuit running at 48As. The setup of each charger (commission, wifi, and load group) was simple. I like the various load group profiles (multiple chargers, or chargers + loads, or charger + loads + PV source..); appears to be forward thinking and operates as expected. Much better than the JB40 load balancing. I've been using for almost a month and have been happy with it. The cabling was a bit stiff but once spooled out and allowed to relax, has not been a problem (our garage temperature has been in high 40Fs / low 50Fs.

5 stars for functionality. I really like the app and how user-friendly the setup was. The documentation was very good on the install so that was extremely helpful. I am looking forward to setting up the ID card reader, I was a little disappointed that I have to get a new card from Autel vs. using one of my other access cards that I have, either for work of for my condo. That would have been great to not have to add yet another credential to my wallet.

Easy to install. Hardware and software current control. Chose it for my business for the RFID card control so staff can turn it on for free charging for customers. It even allows you to share it publicly and charge by the Kw or time with an optional connection fee so you can get some ROI.

Seems solid. Install was straightforward. Works well.
