Introducing the Autel Cable Protection Program
The Autel Cable Protection Program is a new commercial service offering designed to minimize downtime by simplifying the replacement of damaged charging cable assemblies and connectors. Sold and administered exclusively by Autel Energy North America, the Program provides OEM replacement components and, with Cable Protection Plus, factory-authorized field service to help restore chargers to operation quickly.
Coverage Designed Around Real-World Operation
The Program covers replacement of eligible charging cable assemblies and connectors regardless of the cause of damage, subject to the Program Terms and Conditions. Whether the damage is caused by theft, vandalism, vehicle impact, accidental damage, weather, or normal operational incidents, the goal is simple: get your charger back online as quickly as possible.
Coverage is available for eligible Autel chargers enrolled prior to deployment, or while they are still covered under the Autel Limited Product Warranty.
Introducing Cable Protection Plus
For customers seeking an even higher level of operational support, Cable Protection Plus includes OEM replacement parts along with installation performed by either Autel Energy North America or an Authorized Autel Service Partner.
Autel's service objectives are:
- OEM replacement parts delivered to the customer site within 48 business hours.
- Technician dispatched within 48 business hours.
These service objectives are designed to minimize risk, introduce cost certainty, and help reduce downtime while providing customers with confidence that support is available when they need it most.
Launch Promotion for CALeVIP Customers
To celebrate the launch of the Cable Protection Program, qualifying customers purchasing eligible Autel DC fast charging solutions and applying during the upcoming CALeVIP funding window will receive Cable Protection Plus 2 (2 eligible cable replacements) at no additional cost.*
This limited-time launch promotion provides coverage for up to two replacement events, including OEM replacement parts, factory-authorized installation, functional testing, and return-to-service support.
